What to Expect & What to Bring

  • Timing: Online consultations run for 30 minutes. In-person consultations run for 45 minutes.
  • What to bring: A few reference photos – of yourself when you loved your hair, and of any colours or styles you’re drawn to. These help us understand exactly what you’re after.
  • Your privacy matters: We understand that hair loss and hair replacement can be a deeply personal experience, and we treat every client with complete discretion, respect and confidentiality.
  • A private space: Our salon is designed with your privacy in mind, curtains that keep you completely secluded from the general salon – so your consultation feels comfortable and discreet
  • No pressure, ever: There’s no obligation to purchase on the spot. Take your time, think it over, and reach out whenever you’re ready to take the next step.
